Our program is designed for scalability and is for everyone regardless of age or fitness levels.  We start you at a level that is appropriate to your fitness and experience by varying the load and intensity.  Using fundamental, functional movements and proper technique you will get fit with our always changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting and a variety of high-intensity movements that combine cardio and strength. 

We are much more than a gym - we are a community of dedicated, hard working individuals committed to living a healthy lifestyle, getting fit and having fun!

Open Gym.

Just a reminder to please wipe down your equipment/mats when you are done with them using the spray located on top of the paper towel dispenser by the rowers.  As you have probably seen in the Progress paper, there is an alert regarding whooping cough in the area.  Vaccination clinics have been set up to try and control the spread.  Please review this site and make yourself aware of the symptoms.

** ALL CLASSES ARE ON TONIGHT!  PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY!**

The City of Chilliwack is still advising everyone not to go anywhere in their vehicles unless absolutely necessary due to these crazy arctic winds.

We are canceling our morning class again to encourage you guys to stay off the roads. At this point we will plan to have the evening classes open, however as of Wednesday evening Shaw and Gaetz have not been plowed and are almost impossible to drive on unless you have a 4 x 4.

We are planning a make-up class on Sunday, January 22 at 2:00pm.

At home WOD:
100 jumping jacks
75 air squats
50 push-ups
25 burpees
